Delivery is to Metro Melbourne, if payment is made and are outside the zone a full refund will be made.

What if I live out of Melbourne metro area? 

Please contact us, and advise delivery location, then we can determine if any additional delivery costs are required 

 

What happen when products are delivered? 

Products will be left at front door and a photo will be taken of delivery and sent to the customer showing that the delivery has been made. 

 

I live in an apartment with security codes, how do you deliver then ?

We will need in the notes section upon payment of a time you will be home, so you can assist us in access to your property.

With Coronavirus (COVID-19) how are products handles? 

Products are picked up direct from wholesaler who have the highest standards in food safety and special measures and procedures in place to deal with the current climate. 

The boxed packaged food is then delivered straight to your doorstep, where the driver will have gloves so no contact is made with packaging. 

 

Why is most of your products only available in larger quantities? 

At IGO our mission is to get the best quality pasta and sauces to your doorstep with considerable savings.  To do this we need to sell large quantities to pass on these savings.  Rest assured once you try these delicious sauces and pastas you will want to buy even more.
